Primrose Jasmine is an evergreen vining shrub. Has long, arching branches 6-10 ft. long. Dark green leaves wtih three lance- shaped, 2-3 in. leaflets. Bright lemon yellow, unscented flowers to 2 in. across are semidouble or double.

Maintain a two to four inch layer of mulch on the soil surface to reduce weeds, infiltrate rain water, and reduce compaction.
Check soil moisture below the surface with a soil probe or large screwdriver, trowel or shovel. Don't assume the plants need water just because the soil surface looks dry.
Remove irrigation water and fertilizer from areas where you don't want weeds to grow.
