Description

These clumping, deciduous perennials spread by rhizomes to conquer large areas. Silvery pink flowers on a vigorous plant appear in fall. Double flowered forms also exist, with two ranks of ray petals. The stalks can be from 2-6' tall. The Japanese Anemone do best in part shade, with average to little summer watering. -Monterey Bay Nursery

Water Saving Tip:

Apply a 2-3 inch layer of mulch in planting beds to conserve water, suppress weeds, and protect the soil from compaction and erosion.
